Return policy

Plant condition are inspected before dispatch. We always try to package and protect plants and products so that they do not get damaged in transit as best as possible, but in the unlikely event there is a problem please follow the steps below.

Preferably send us an email aridplants@gmail.com.or via the Ebay message system for Ebay sales, our phone number is 07973 630359, the nature of our business means we cannot always answer the phone straight away so please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can.

Incorrect items

If we dispatched an item that you hadn't ordered  please contact us immediately informing us of the problem. Please return the item within 14 days in it’s original packaging, undamaged and we will refund or dispatch the correct item.

Damaged in transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately informing us of the problem. Please return the item within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please return the item in its original packaging, refunds and replacements will be processed after we receive the damaged item back.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive your item and find it defective, please contact us immediately informing us of the problem. please return it within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Plants

If on receiving your plant you find the condition is not as expected, please contact us immediately, we do ask for a photograph of the plant/damaged area, Please bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is, some plants with leaves in summer and visa versa will be leafless at other times of the year, most of our plants have different seasonal growing and dormant times this may affect the look and overall size of the plant on receipt this doesn't mean there's something wrong with your plants, it’s just not the plants time to shine. Please contact us immediately regarding any defective plants and we will be happy to arrange for a refund or replacement once we have received the pictures and determined the cause of the problem.

Changed your mind

If after receipt of your product/plants you decide you no longer want them, please contact us immediately and return you items with 14 days in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged for a refund, refunds will be processed for the products/plants only, both out going and return postage will be paid by yourself.

In all case’s no refunds will be processed until we have either photo proof of problem or we have received the items back.

If your products have been discounted, your refund will be for the discounted amount.
